From April to June 2022, the 10th session of the "Chengzhi Talent Training Program" was held in Nanjian County, Yunnan Province, Chongqing City, Yi 'an County and Lindian County, Heilongjiang Province。From April 8 to 10, our fund successfully held the offline selection activity of Chongqing Wuxi County in Chongqing Longhu Lijia Office Building。Due to the epidemic, the selection work in Yunnan Province and Heilongjiang Province was changed to online, and the foundation adopted a scientific arrangement and flexible organization according to the actual situation of each province and county to ensure the smooth progress of the online selection work in the two provinces。
During the selection process, we received great help and support from provincial customs and work committees, county governments, education bureaus and relevant school leaders and teachers to ensure that students can participate in the selection activities while doing a good job in epidemic prevention。
According to Yunnan and Heilongjiang provinces, the primary election work is organized by local education bureaus to complete the centralized line within the county。All online tests are conducted in online mode. Students log in to relevant websites for online assessment.The interview session was jointly organized by the local education bureau and the school, and the teachers of the foundation conducted interviews with the students through Tencent conferences。

The selection work will be successfully completed in 2022. Excellent students will be selected to participate in the training program at Tsinghua High School for five consecutive years free of charge。
